International Chocolate Day is celebrated on September 13th for several reasons. It commemorates the birthday of Milton S. Hershey, the founder of the Hershey Chocolate Company, and honors Roald Dahl, whose book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” popularized chocolate.
