Scott began his culinary journey with a backpack full of his mom’s borrowed knives and a dream. From East Coast kitchens like Vidalia and Restaurant Eve to the Michelin-starred Benu and Saison in San Francisco, he’s honed his craft across coasts. Now the chef-owner of Dad’s Luncheonette in Half Moon Bay, Scott brings his love for seasonal California cooking—and all the good vibes that come with it—straight to the plate.

Coastal is a sun-soaked journey through surfside snacks, vineyard lunches, and life at the diner, and this menu brings those flavors to life.
