Take a culinary trip to the Caribbean!

We’re shining a SPOTLIGHT on the bold and fresh flavors of the Caribbean with a special a lunch and paleo cooking demo.

Althea Brown will be joining the Zoox culinary team in the Bayside Cafe on Tuesday, 3/19. Known for her book “Caribbean Paleo,” Althea presents delectable dishes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. Collaborating with your Bon Appétit culinary team, she’ll share her cherished recipes from her upbringing in Guyana, along with dishes from Jamaica, and Trinidad in a special lunch menu and during the afternoon cooking demo (2:30-3:30pm).
