
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area. As long as I can remember, I’ve always had a love for food. My family and I would go to different restaurants on the weekends and try new places. My mom always cooked for us. I loved cooking with her. I attended The California Culinary Academy in the early 2000’s to become a pastry chef. I graduated and made cakes for a while. After that I started working at a small craft brewery in Half Moon Bay. I worked there for 15 years, doing everything under the moon, from catering and bartending to managing. I left there to try out corporate dining and have been with Bon Appetit for the past two years.
I love hosting parties, and cooking for friends and family. I also make my own dog food from scratch as it is so much healthier than store bought food. My dogs are my children. I would love to start a little dog food business someday with all fresh and healthy ingredients.
