DESCRIPTION:We’re shining a SPOTLIGHT on the diverse and authenic flavors of Ethiopia with a special plant-forward lunch and cooking demo. \nJoining the Zoox culinary team in the Bayside Cafe on Tuesday\, 2/8 is on Luladey Moges.  Lula\, the author of Enebla (which means let’s eat!)\, is working with your chefs to prepare a special lunch menu and will share how to make Misir wot (lentil stew) during the afternoon cooking demo (2:30-3:30 pm). \nIn Enebla you’ll learn how to prepare aromatic wot stews\, a hearty tibs\, breakfast scrambles\, colourful salads of pulses and fresh vegetables\, authentic injera sourdough flatbread. The recipes are accompanied by lush food styling alongside family photos and ephemera. An extensive glossary invites curious cooks learn more about the Amharic language and Ethiopian ingredients. \nAs Lula’s parents used to say\, “We might live in America but once you come home\, this is Ethiopia.” With her accessible recipes and inviting anecdotes\, this book will inspire you to make your kitchen Ethiopia no matter where you live.
